Leadership Consulting

Think of our expert advice like having a guru on call….. Our consulting support encompasses all things leadership and organizational development- related. Recent projects include: implementing an enterprise-wide culture change program; creating numerous leadership development programs; designing and delivering 360 assessments; and creating structures and processes for an executive coaching program.

Assessments & Debriefs

Assessment are like windows into your own personal operating system We use assessments both in individual coaching and as part of team-building exercises to increase understanding and self-awareness, and we’ll help guide you through the process of selecting the right assessment(s).
